The variable depth dial adjusts from 0.5 to 2.5 mm — covering everything from delicate peri-orbital work (0.25–0.5 mm protocols) to deep scar-tissue and striae protocols (up to 2.0 mm and beyond per the protocol guide).

Skinin is used for fine lines and wrinkles, acne and acne scarring, general scarring, skin tightening and rejuvenation, stretch marks, pigmentation, enlarged pores and hair loss (alopecia).

Vertical needling ensures cleaner entry and exit without scratching, with less epidermal damage, minimal pain and shorter downtime. Cartridges are EO-sterilized, individually sealed and strictly single-use, so sterility is maintained throughout the procedure. No thermal energy is introduced.

Spot bleeding can occur during treatment and skin may feel warm for 1–3 days. A pinkish glow appears immediately post treatment. Peeling or flaking may occur in days 3–5 — patients should not pick or scratch, and should moisturize.

As a guide: rejuvenation takes 4–6 treatments 4 weeks apart; acne scarring 6 treatments 6 weeks apart; stretch marks 4–8 treatments 4–6 weeks apart.

Yes — Skinin can be combined with PRP/PRGF, chemical peels and drug infusions to further enhance results, and micro-channels dramatically increase absorption of topical actives.
